Keyed up van

Postby jasons » Fri Jul 06, 2007 6:13 pm

I was visiting a mate last night and parked up in a side street not outside anyones house, and its been keyed right down the drivers side.Im not that bothered even though its a tidy van,but at the end of the day it is only a van.I just find it sad that someone feels the need to do that.Imagine it was a decent car needing the whole side repainting.Rant over, sad people out there.JAY

Keyed van

Totally agree with what you say, doesn't matter what vehicle you've got, be it a Ferrari or a Reliant Robin, it your property and others should respect that. If I caught someone damaging anything of mine I'm affraid I'd snap, I'd probably end up with a hefty fine or even a jail sentence and the culprits would just get a slap on the wrist...ah bless them.

My dad parked up his 2002 scenic out in the middle of nowhere and went hillwalking. Came back at the end of the day and some little scroat(s) had been jumping up and down on the bonnet and roof! Loads of dents, scratches everywhere :x

Cost a good few hundred at the bodyshop!

I don't care, it's not'just a van' EVERYTHING costs money and now your van doesn't look quite so good. I agree with Daveyboy I would snap too if I actually saw it happening.
