Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. depending on the age and its condition (26k miles?) early mk5 like that £1000 tops, late one £2000. I know 'MonsterOne' was after a LWB Low roof.
I've never seen one but can't be too hard to make. As for the price, If he has it up for twice what it should be and someone pays that then more fool them. If it sits around for ages then it won't surprise you.
Current Transit: Mk8 tourneo Sport with go faster stripes.

Long time sold: Mk5 LWB 190, 2.5di banana SHR, 3 seats, SLD, Twin rear doors (rusted bottoms), manual locking & windows.

Seen maybe ten LWB low roofs over here nothing rare about... a guy on the forum once had a 150 LWB low roof.

bit if it is longer then a LWB it could be rare with a low roof.
