Ford Commercial vehicle service ctr in Redditch

anybody on here got any feedback on using the Ford commercial Vehicle garage in Redditch?

I have a new transit custom dayvan conversion, and there is an engine diagnostic flagging up then resetting, so I want to get to the bottom of this while I have the warranty and also have a spare car to use if it has to stay in.

The Redditch Ford service center is the nearest to me, but there is another one in Worcester I could use............ so just want to hear the good or bad reviews before I go in
