Hi,
please please please help!
we have a 2014 ford custom trend
When I start the vehicle there is a spoken message about emergency assistance.
How do we turn it off? it's doing my head in!
Any help would be appreciated
James

Disconnect the battery for a few minutes that may reset it.

I’ve disconnected for the batteries on my mk8 build on multiple days when under construction and it has allways come back on

I have gone in the menu and performed a master rest which seems to have cured it!
