COULD YOU TAKE THE NUMBERS OFF THE CHASSIS PLATE TO FORDS OR A BODY SHOP TO GET THE NAME OF COLOUR ????

:? i dont think thats a ford coulor, so the only hope you have is to take the van to a paint place and get them to try and match it with charts! :? then they can mix it for you! :)

the same, you need sunglasses when its polished,just that Transits of that age dont tend to have been polished for a few years :D

One of my all time favorite colours!!! your van should look great when sprayed and polished dave!! 8)
infact get a couple of rs2 stripes down the side aswell!!! :lol:

agreed, olympic blue, mk 1 rs2000 looked the absolute nuts in that colour, old friend of my mums had a mk1 camper in that colour as well. looks like you need a full resparay tho, either that or a lot of elbow grease!

:) oh yes olipic blue mk1 rs 2000 yes yes ! now for my best coluor in a transit well ........i think genatian blue! 8) and also paprica red only from 95-96! 8)

Full respray is summer plan, I just wanted to paint the parts that have had attention.........sadly its not olympic blue I have tried(look at the pic of the door)as well as ever Ford light blue I have come across.
Ask ford?
Ford have never been a help with old fords, I last went in with a simply bush for a Granada and they said"Don't have them on the computer anymore, if their not on there we can't help" Great.......
