How To Paint You van For £5, With pictures

Postby fatjapp » Tue Sep 18, 2007 7:21 pm

The old bus is going on a road trip across Europe leaving on Thursday. We decided to give it a lick of paint before we left.

Popped down to Hombase, brought some paint for £5 then attacked it with rollers and a paint brush. Oh good fun. Going to see if i can get some different colours tomorrow, pimp it up some more. Its covered up the rust and duct tape put over the large holes in the body work to get it through the MOT. Got to love the rather optimistic window sticker.

Does anyone know the legality of bolting a spare wheel to the front of the van ? We have already got one underneath, one on the back, but need a 3rd.

Any ideas / suggestions welcome. Anyone want their van done ? :P
