I know I have been away from the fold a long time but in my heart the transit has never really left
i have seen a mk5 swb for sale should this be my re entry van and then annoy you all again with questions ?

So long as the Mk5 is "relatively" rust free, and runs OK then it should serve you well. It would be good to see you back on here too

your right the loooooong cube was the best and never saw another 
this one has just past its mot needs repainted and low mileage

Medium roof is better for getting inside, still not quite tall enough to stand up, but your head stands a better chance
£2500 seems a bit steep for a 20+ year old van, unless it's pristine and rust free
