sadly ive come to the conclusion after holding onto my mk1 as long as i possibly possibly can, its time to let it go as its not done it a lot of good sat around for 10 years or so so whats the point when someone else can enjoy it, prices seem fairly strong at the moment,
i know it will come as a big shock to people, as to me but at the end of the day it really should be with someone who can afford to do it and put it back on the road and enjoy it
no funny comments from the usual suspects please
i know youll have all manor of things to say but just remember, its a sad situation and i wouldnt be selling it if i diddnt have to but the longer it sits the worse it gets....
really is an end of an era....
we wont be completely vanless though....
dad bought him self a mk3 executive minibus, which is what he always wanted really but they always seemed hard to find for sensible money, not quite my sort of thing but it does have pas and is petrol and drives nice so ill be happy enough with that
that and dads getting on a bit in years so that is easier to drive for him than a big old bus of a van with no side windows to see out of
so thats it...a day i never thought id see come but....the alternative it so leave it to rot into the ground and that would be a real shame
it will go on ebay some point, may be at the weekend if i get enough time to do the listing and well see what happens....
