Having taken the van into the dealership they contacted me a week later to say the van would be ready at the end of the week to collect, when i went to collect it the quality of the workman ship was awful and i refused to accept the van back in that condition, they phoned me a week later again to say it had been re-painted for the second but they had to remove the plastic wheel arch trim and was waiting for the new part to arrive that was the 23.10.07 its now the 11.11.07.. 17 days later and im still waiting. i am also told that they cant get the trim from FORD and suggest i use the van with the trim missing, until it eventually arrives!!!! Having spoken to FORD direct myself, they advice NO spare body kit parts are going to be avaliable for the sport van until the near future???!..... any suggestions?
as you can see from the picture above the wheel arch trim is stuck on with silicon at the factory!
not good mate, this also happened with the street KA, where an outside company made the kit, there were loads of them in bodyshops waiting for unavailable parts, obviously the dickheads repainting it damaged the arch trying to remove it, my arches look like there stuck on with double sided, id say they stuck that silicon on there 
but the best thing about the plasitc arch is it will hide the rust!
