mk6/7 parts difficulties

Being the owner of a well regarded and loved classic van (the mk5 ) I'm not in the loop as much for the trampy mk6/7 vans...

I have had a few people message me recently asking whether I can supply the wingmirror bolt covers for them (I can't right now, but I have started looking in to it) - so I am wondering if there are any other small bits and pieces people are struggling with that I could look at making?

Not sure if you can make this item but it’s the hinge cover that goes on the rear bumper corner, some arsebag has nicked one off my van.

Well this died a death. Obviously almost everything is still easy to get and the market is well catered for!

I think that most Mk6 & Mk7 owners are more concerned about terminal rust, failing DMF's, EGR's, Turbo's, and various other major components.
Mirror screw covers pale into insignificance compared to that lot
