Something funny with this one, comes up as Blue on the Ford database but also shows another reg number.

What sort of price is he asking and can you get the chassis number?

Well I can tell you that this van came out the factory in College Blue and is a 2 litre 100PS T280, the owner has since replaced it with a 57 plate Mk7 also in Red but this time with an 85PS.

Seems very suspisious
I wonder whats gone on ? :?

" MrPuk Thank you for taking the time to check it out for me bro. "

Im really in two minds on what to do here but as doughythevanman said, cracking price! But is it a cracking price for a reason ?? I also know the area where its coming from and believe me it aint too pretty :P
Lets put it this way, its the biggest council estate in Europe, More than likely to be one of the roughest and i wouldnt leave my motor there overnight if that helps
i have nowt against council estates but trust me this one is rough!
Wonder if its a ringer

Go and have a look and see what colour the door shuts are, if they are not blue then don't touch it.

Why would a Plumber change the coulour ?
Obviously a plumbers colour is blue, Builders/electricians red so to me i would agree that this has either been acident damaged and had a coulour change or something is a miss.
To be honest though i thought this may be an old Royal Mail van especially with it having that tailgate rear door. I know the Local royal mail company have just upgraded to mk7's so this was another reaon for me.
Good price, Looks a tidy van so what do you reckon guys ? I wouldnt mind having a 100ps model either :D

Would you mind answering a couple of Questions peeps ??

1. How much is the clutch to get done on these vans? A rough figure is fine.
2. What should i look out for on this van when i go to view ?
3. How much do those modern look side windows cost ? 8)

Thanks guys, you have all been top draw !

Colour of the inside of the doors
rear axel
knocks and bangs while on test run

can any of you think of anything else ? 8)
