would be one hell of a custom van when done though!! - even if it wasnt back to origanal spec!!
also there's space?? have you got the room? - it would be like having 2 trannys parked up! must be 20' long!!

yes and no theres the back garden but our lass said no. but if i was to get it i would put it in there and make a shed for it it would be nice; transportation would be a big problem i think it would just cost to much to do as a whole?

I have seen the van, in my opinion it's no less savable that any of the project vans on here. As far as the size, those of us who went to look came to the conclusion that it's not a stretch but a LWB shell fitted with an extra axle and a low roof to make it look longer. It could be transported on any truck that can take a LWB.

Just been looking at the pictures of this van. Seem to remember it being in Street Machine. Other vans they featured were a LWB painted green with box arches and Jag rear suspension. Think it was a mk 1 with mk 2 front end. There was also a cream coloured van fitted with a CF front ! Apparently the guy had bought a new damaged shell from the factory and rebuilt the front a bit different. Not everyones taste but a very good job.
I really wish I hadn't given all those mags away now there is always something interesting in the to have a look at.

he might even swap it you for your wife!! - then you can put the van on the back garden no probs!!
