Luke, asked an ebay member about some transit Mk2 parts he was selling on ebay, turns out he lives in Cumbria and knows you :o
Tony is his name and he has a MK2 camper.
He didn't have the bit I wanted but has told me anout an early MK2 pop with round headlights rusting away on someones drive, he was going to ask the owner what he was doing with it, I have asked for the location and I will have a drive passed and see if I can get a pic, maybe it will be of some use to someone on here, he said it was a little rotten

hahahaha my mistake, I have dug it out and read it again.........

Hi David,

what part of Cumbria are you in, i'm in Barrow-in-Furness. I recently helped break a mk2 Transit, all the body panels were absolutely rotten. I do know of another mk2 luton that the guy is thinking of breaking.

What in particular are you looking for? if not my mate in Brum usually has most parts for mk2 transits,

Tony.

ps the fordtransit forum.org think I know the one the guy that runs it is called Luke.

sadly you don't have that stalker!
