Which engine is more realible and powerfull is it the Transit 2.4 Duratorq or the Mercedes 2.2 cdi, Also how difficult is it to have a Cdi engine fitted in a rwd tranny chassis cab.

Ford Transit 120 TDI EPIC Automatic. 0-60 in a leisurely and smooth 12.7 seconds and 1/4 mile in 19.1 seconds. Now where's all these faster? manual Di s?

Top power versions of both:-

Mercedes Benz 2.2Cdi 150ps 244lb/ft@1800rpm :(
Ford 2.4 Tdci 140ps 277lb/ft@2000rpm :)

Torque wins every time for me :)

Ford 2.2 Tdci 140ps 258lb/ft@1800rpm :)
Ford 2.2 Tdci 130ps 228lb/ft@1800rpm :)

Looks like another win for Tdci power :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
