Just been to fill up with fuel for tomorrow, called in at a mates for a cuppa, come out and the BLOODY STARTER HAS PACKED IN!!!!!

Managed to get it to spin fast enough to get it started by hitting it with a copper hammer, got it home n took it off, removed the backplate and the brushes just fell out in pieces

Its now at my reconditioners and I'm assured it will be ready for six pm...

Here's hoping!
