Hi guys,
Firstly, I want to say that I did search throughly before resorting to a new thread, so sorry if this has been asked before.
This isn't a really technical question, so I thought it would be acceptable in this section of the forum. If not, please move.
My Step-Dad owns a 2005 Transit, Small wheel base. We've been pondering if it's possible to install a 3rd party CD Player without tinkering about alot.
I did some research on the net, and I came across these:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=016
This blanks little than half of the gap that would be there if the stock radio/cassette player was removed. Great.
Now to the main point, if we bought a CD Player with all the gubbins from somewhere like Halfords etc, would we need any other adapters or modifications to make everything work. I know some cars/vans need little plug/cable adapters to work with up-to-date equipment etc.
Thanks in advance,
Jake and Andy
