model numbers and mot classes?

Postby Gavin » Sun Aug 03, 2008 9:10 pm

am i right in thinking the bigger vans have different mot classes? both my 80's are class 4 but im sure ive seen bigger vans as class 7, is this correct?

what class should a 150 be.....and what are the differences between 4 and 7?

just found a nice swb low roof 150 petrol auto, seems an odd combo, would like to know a little more...

thanks....

Basically you have to go to a station that is rated for class7, thought they do the class4 too.

yeah well weird, you would think it would be stricter for a heavier vehicle.
