Have the same problem with some of our guys, anything that is removable from the dash is out the window and the dash itself gets a visit from Stanley

If I gave staff a van and they treated it like that they would be out, and lumbered with the bill. I'm surprised your boss doesn't add a clause into the contracts to make staff liable for damage they cause
