helloo all anybody have or know of a high milage record breaker :lol: mine has only done 61500 miles,,there must be some on near 200,000 someware 8)

my dads is on 250k :lol:

but have been working up in isle dogs this week and a r reg lynx parcels hicube was delivering to our site i got talking to him and his had 460k :lol: :lol: 24hrs 7 days a week it's on the road 8) 8)
You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

I don't do many miles now but my in my first van I did 126000 in 13 months.

Mobile engineer, I used to do 70 miles a day just to work and back. Plus the van was my only mode of transport so was being used most nights and weekends as well.

Are we talking any transit here? Surely the oldest working transit (the red E reg builder's pickup) would have a fair few miles on it in nearly 40 years.

Yup, that's the one, surely that would be the winner as it's in daily use and from time passed you would have thought the milage would be huge.

I cant remember who I was talking to at Billing but someone mentioned 438,000 on one of the older vans :shock:

Mines currently at 278,000 with 10,000 on its second engine :D (Pinto), although I did rebuild the other one at 210,000
