easier said than done, how many times have you looked down and seen you are doing 45 ina 30 area, that would give you 3 points easily.

I've gotta say i'm of the belief that these things are money makers for the gouvernment and there is only one way to stop them and that is not to speed, I know what you are saying about looking down and seeing you are doing 45 but that is the risk you take.

Some people need to remember that driving isn't a god given right, you earn the right, and as quick as you earn it it can be taken away!

'cos a lot of speed limits as well as the whole "speed kills" argument is BS. Plus the ultra-cynical fining of "speeding" drivers and the methods of catching them, as is being borne recently by this article and others like it...

Its the whole points system that stinks, for speeding 3 is alot considering your only allowed 12. The fine i can afford, no way out though.

Yeah, about 7 years (Christ that makes me feel old) for me and only been stopped a few times, I'm 90% sure that it's almost all down to luck though.

Ibanez, yeah they do that in Australia I think, you can be flashed infinite times, you pay a fine but don't get points. They still hate it!

i think it should be 1 point for 10 mph over, 2 points for 20mph over the limit etc.

Thats too easy for this country, they'd rather go all out and take the piss with bans, fines and points rather than just have fines and make our lives a little easier.

I dont think they realise how much stress it can cause. Im really pissed off now cos i need a new job but i cant leave cos im more than likely gonna lose my license, and i need my company to fight it for me.
