how did you find splitting the headlights to paint them black im needing some new headlights as mine have crazed something rotten , so ill be having a go if its doable ....

I was looking at some purple ones for mine but was dubious with the legislation stating white front, orange side and red rear, suppose I could get some for none road use if er-in-doors lets me She's still waiting for me to sort the c/l on the car. N

Read somewhere that you can have any colour but red on the front ,as long as they are not flashing or make your van look like emergency service vehicle. Loads of people do but I don't need the hassle

I know what you mean about not needing the hassle, before I fitted my leds I checked the lighting legislation on the gov website just incase a trigger happy traffic cop stops me I know they are legal and they cant do anything or fine me for them.

Do you remember when all the chavs were fitting washer jets with blue lights in and el cid were making the driver remove them at the side of the road, I don't need that hassle and no doubt mine being a mk6 they will be looking for issues N
