It is (used to be) a really common choice over here. It's gentian (genetian?) blue, ford paint code BK, AKA ford cargo blue!

Is it a Ford SVO or a different chassis? You can tell an SVO will have a small palte on the front uprigh of the passenger step, another company (such as Chassis Services) will put a plate on the driver's step.

done some work on her this weekend
fitted the spot lights and the bed lights also gave the spots a good clean

a few plans are get new modern back lights and fit some markers and side marker lights then with a bit of luck get it earning a living

That's a lot of lights :D ! Rubberlight do a nice pendant style marker light, we have them hanging under the big un's luton body.
