NEWBIE HERE - SOUTHEND ON SEA

Hi !
My first Van so here saying hello and hoping to learn from the community

I will picking her up this Friday and excited to figure things out .

my first question , would any one know if this is a factory build or DIY ?
its a 1992 ford transit it has KENSDALE on the rear quater and FREEDOM in the front ?
are there any instructions for the interior at all ? its a maze as it has water , electrics gas and so on .
