OK thanks i didn't realise . Transists are the best for my job ,ive had all the others over the years (all except mk2) but this mk7 is the best ,130 ps engine is powerfull enough with half a ton of gear in the back 110mph on the speedo(race track of course) and does 50 mpg at 50mph .One problem is i keep stalling it in first gear probably because i don't rev it enough but used to driving a diesel with loads of torque .
Cant beat a mk1 flat out with the sliding doors open though.
