Cheers for noticing that MrMpuk - Pictures seem O.K. at the moment (Failed only once).
I'll keep an eye on them, and move them to another picture host if I need to.

Removing the rear bumper isn't the main problem djswampy - It's replacing it with something neat and functional that will work with a tow bar. It's on my list of things to do.

A cracker of a van -you've given me some great ideas for my bike hauler.

Got a few questions for you:

1. Is the floor standard or a custom fit out? I've got a Mk 5 & the ridges in the floor are a pain. I don't want to board out the floor & was going to go with a Line-X spray job once I found out what is on the floor pan at the moment.
2. How do you find those sport bike tyre tie downs? I've seen them for sale over here & am tempted but I've never seen anyone using them until now.
3. How long is the ramp? I 've got to make one up & think I'll have to go down the two piece route as my MK5 is quite high at the rear.
4. Have you ever heard of E track? It's the best sytem I've seen for adjustable tie down points. I've only ever seen it in the US but it is worth the $$ & is perfect for moving bikes.

I love the carbon graphics-you should be very pleased with them.

Hi 51rider.

In answer to your questions...
1. The floor does have the 'optional' load protection kit. Underneath it though, the floor is ridged just like yours. I had to make sure that all my mounting points were on the top of the ridge.
2. The rear 'Tyre Downs' are great on 75% of bikes. Sports bikes with huggers are no problem, but Harley etc... mudguards need a different tie down solution. Great product - highly recommended.

3. I've now got three identical ramps at 1730mm X 290mm. The aluminium ramps are only 6kg each.
4. Not heard of Etrack - The stuff I use is ARB 4wheel drive stuff. It's fully adjustable / load rated aircraft quality gear.
