most definately restoring it, its a very solid 1, not been able to trace much history but apparently it was used by a catering company to service off-shore oil rigs!! :shock: Some1 went about doing it up and managed to fit side windows, a v6 and bullnose front end but then it remained in a warehouse for the best part of 20 yrs.

Love the yellow Mk2. Was there no roof on this warehouse???!!! :shock: Mine doesn't look that bad after 8 years of being stood outside. I am sure you will turn her round though, didn't mean to sound too bitchy!

:lol: I was thinking the same thing about the warehouse or did they actually sail the thing to the oilrigs! mostly surface rust so its not all bad as it looks. i actually fell out with my parents for a while after bringing that 1 home!
