seems to be a few Mk2's in N London theres a yellow one lowerd with white 8spokes going around the A10 area as well.

Some pics of the damage for you all to have a laugh at as you can see I've started work on her but I've come to a bit of a standstill,
2 things concern me,
1. I have to get the chassis rail straightened (see highlight) and I can't seem to find a company that can do it - local to me - or I'm not searching the net right!, does anyone know of any? I also can't find anywhere to hire the equipment needed to do the job myself probably for ditto reason, so again does anyone know of any?
2. As seen in the pics, the leafspring hanger is distorted, I could do with some advice on the best way to repair it.

Hmmm yeah thats bad, but no way near scrappable!!! What are you like with a welder glen you seem pritty handy with the woodwork bit!!

Is it registered as a write off!!
Do you need to have it examined before it can go back on the road?

This is whats driving me nuts!!! I have no probs with welding and panel beating and even fabrication to a certain degree and have restored a few motors from Robins to Jaguars, but its the logistics of this repair that has got me stumped, I've not dealt with accident damage like this on a van before

Ok i may be underestimating the whole job but:-

get new wing and front panel, pop rivit wing on so as to be able to remove easyly later!
bash that kink with a hammer chuck some weld on!
knock the inner wing summat like - mabe bit of a plate to attach the front!
re-drill front spring hanger if req'd!

Van back on road - proper repair when you find the parts!!
