Yea, I might ask the question to see if it can be had any closer to home......I'm not not south of the border too often :D :D I only just got past the hurdle of getting it insured! What a nightmare....It doesn't exsist as far as half the insurers in the country are concerned! :x

Check back on a few old posts and eventually went to Norwich Union...a bit more expensive but they were able to Key the info on manually so got it sorted in the end! Plus they cover 500 quids worth of tools which is kinda handy :) :) :)

sirsnortalot wrote:Aye...just window shoppin mind! Yea, that was a nightmare through the week, the traffic in town was a disaster cause of it. I stay in Dalry ..nice and central :) Is it Glasgow you stay yourself?

aye stay in glasgow mate , but lived in edinburgh for a few years aswell lived up at slateford
in the maltings then moved over to fife.

worked the doors in edinburgh for yrs aswell up at fountainbridge in the old eros and elite and a few other tasty places lol

dalry is alright but couldnt be doing with the ott parking restrictions and arses parking in the bin bays grrrrrrrr

Yea, I know the maltings. Those flats are supposed to be not too bad...bit pricey these days! The rent on the current place is not too bad considering the rental prices in town just now. I used to rent in Inverness and it was only £375 for the whole flat a few years ago! Dalry parking is a nightmare, got a permit for my own van but also got a MK6 LWB Hightop which has no permit......fun tryin to squeeze that in around here :D :D

I remember eros and elite well....stab central! I stayed well away, used to go to the west end subway when it was the bizz...there and centuary 2000!! Aye....the memories

och eros was fine had its probs spose as it was a 4000 capacity club.....
was fine when they brought me and the glasgow boys in to sort the pilton element of it
ahhhh 5 happy years was good when it was good lol
subway wasnt bad atleast it wasnt re....reve....revo...nah just cant say the name(revolution)
aye a loved the maltings great wee flats and even better was the parking  £5000
for a underground car park space  needless to say i had a £1000 outside space lol

was handy for my old day job at autoshine when i was the valeting manager there
should get ya van up there to get it washed mate

Was never in elite...full of grannys!! Yea, I remember they made quite a few changes to get shot of the crap  As for Rev......not really my scene..white stilletoes everywhere!!

Yea, an underground car park...serious luxury...and serious money 8) As for Autoshine, it's n ot a bad idea. Van is parked outside and I've just spotted directly under a lamp post....The back end is now covered in bird crap :x
