most of the rot was hidden behind ford original underseal that had set like filler
the cab floor has been caused by a leaky windscreen, a good warning to all IF YOUR WINSCREEN LEAKS GET IT SORTED OR YOUR CAB WILL LOOK LIKE THAT ^ TOO IN LESS TIME THAN YOU THINK!
I didnt notice the spring hanger problem untill i picked at the flakey underseal on it. another tip if you going to use underseal only put a thin layer on or when it dries out it will trap water and accellerate the corrosion.

Er, no! It's had 12 months almost to fester. MVM has just done a chassis of one of our lutons, and a spring hanger, that still has 3 more months on the test.

It dont take long thats for sure, My van still had four months test when I did the rear bumper(after some tw4t reshaped it last year!), when i took it off the rear cross section had a small hole in it.....until I got the angle grinder out that is :shock: then it was a continuous hole all the way accross :(
