I had the bumpers off to modify the intercooler pipes plus modifications to the induction. When we had the bumpers off we painted the small bit below the head light so the whole bumper was painted !! I dont know why ford didnt do that from the factory. I dont know how fast a cossie engine is on one off these vans i dont think it will Have as much torque but it could be higher horsepower like if it was a stage two with around 300hp. My mate is putting together a connect van with 4x4 cosworth running gear in it just now it should be pretty quick it will certainly blow my van well away !!

I think they did do that at first but after testing they found the tyres only lasted 2341 miles.

This a 09 plate? jsut wondering cos ive just orded a transit trend got everything on it just not alloys and only a 115ps

You have to order the alloys separately with the Trend but if you ordered the Limited you would have got the alloys with it
and a 115ps engine isn't bad, you can always get a remap. I take it yours comes with the 6 speed box too?

Yup 6speed, its got every thing you can add on it, just not alloys get it in march
