Full eminox 3" from the manifold, with eminox mounting bars to the chassis, just like the big rigs. ;)

heres the progress on mine.seems were all doing it slitly differant with regards to doing the wings.ive got the wings cut and welded in place.ive decided to fiberglass the swage line along the door so it kind of blends in with the shape of the front wings.ive started to cataloy and fiberglass the wings together.the welding was the hardest part as i didnt want the panels distorting.ive still got the bottom of the mk6 wings to weld on to the bottom of the mk4 wings and this is to allow the bumper to line up perfectly with the wings.im also trying to keep the mk6 bonnet catch arangement but it means lowering the radiator.but ive got most of the hard work done. its getting painted either imperial blue or frozen white.anyway heres some more update pics

Very nice mate I like how u have mounted the wings they are sitting better than mine hope to see some more pics soon keep up the good work
Oh and you can keep the mk6 bonnet lock catch just angle rad slightly not too much as it will hit the fan and cut 2 grooves out of the top solid section of the rad mine works a treat and if you have any probs fitting the bumper like I did cut the bulky bits of the original bumper bar away and weld the holes up after you have achieved a perfect fit
If you get stuck let me no and I will send you my number

hi mate.ive got the bonnet catch all done.i just trimmed the bracket for the mk6 lock and it works fine, havent had to alter radiator atall.its all coming together.ive made a wee mistake with the bomper and its catching the front crossmember so ive had to cut bits and plastic weld them on again.ive got the paint but still got some welding to do on the floor.just bear in mind its a L reg so usual welding on the thing.pm me ure number as i would like to know what you done for inner wings.cheeRS.marc
