Here she is, a 1998 Semi High 2.5Di Transit 80

Actually was lucky that the workshop doors are high enough.
Was so used to drive in there that I didn't check the hight of the Transit.
Could have been expensive :oops:

Looks better on the pictures than in real light :wink:

But clearly she needs a bit TLC

I have no use for these, anyone want to swap them for a few windows for the rear, or a drivers seat?

Ford Transit 120 TDI EPIC Automatic. 0-60 in a leisurely and smooth 12.7 seconds and 1/4 mile in 19.1 seconds. Now where's all these faster? manual Di s?

I entered the registration R32 BKO into Fords ETIS and it came up with this!

More than one VIN numbers were found for the registration number you entered, please confirm which vehicle is correct:

WF0AXXBBAAWL***** R32BKO Escort 95, Zetec-E 1.6 EFI (90PS), Autumn Green

WF0LXXBDVLWS***** R32BKO Transit 95, Diesel 2.5 (70PS), Moondust Silver

:shock: that explains the strange behaviour of the insurance company yesterday.
But I'm sure its a Transit, and it is not green :mrgreen:
checked the DVLA and it came up as a Transit.
The entry for the model year is strange tho.... :( but V5 says it is '98

yepp power steering inclusive ;-)
Wouldn't have bought it without. I'm a wuss if it comes to vans :roll:

I sort of changed colors when I realised that there is just 4cm between roof and door. But yes this workshop must have been designed for me 8)

Sorry yeah it is a 98, 31 March 98 infact. 95 is the model year.

It has thousands of little bubbles, and the paint is faded.
I'm looking for a good rubbing compound, than sanding the spots, fill prime and repaint. That will be done during the next year.

Perhaps a registration plate transfer and for some reason the previous details have been kept on the listing/database.
