Tractor?? No,..there's 'almost' standard leaf-springs in every corner. Swedish EPAs have only frontsprings. It'too hard for us. Some pics of the engine is coming soon. Did you notice that roof an doors are few inches longer than usually and wheelbase is over 12" shortened.. Wheels are 255/55-16 in rear and 205-60-16 in front. And differential-lock, of course..

As none of these pictures are of members vans shouldn't they be in the non-members gallery?

Thanks for the pics! :D I take my hat off to you! 8) I didn't notice at first the cab and doors are longer than standard! I thought about the EPA tractor in case of the shortened wheelbase and the load bed, didn't know they've no rear springs!

Swedish EPAs have only one or two gears because they have a maximum speed 30 km/h (less than 20 mph) or something... Those are really tractors. To drive EPA you don't need a drivinglicense. That's what i remember, but not shure..
A few years ago i made one '81 basicvan with 2.9 V6 / 4AOLD. There was some extras like powersteering and differential-lock too. It was really nice but not fast enaugh. That's the reason why i did that pick-up... Like i said a long time ago: If you wanna see a lot of crazy peoples with awful language (and not english at all)...come to finland.

Thanks for explaining the EPA laws! :D I didn't know the exact specifications before!

The 2.9 van sounds also nice! 8)

Crazy people in Finland? I'd say just very interesting car/van customising! There's even a guy who put a Rover V8 in a Mini Clubman, still FWD! 8)
