Good luck with the rest of the work. Did you repair them arches properly? Lots of rust on it. Neat van though. LWB is definitely the way to go. 8)

just painted the arches white for the time being as they have been bodged badly, but when i get the chance im gonna do the job properly, and seems so much bigger on the inside as im used to the swb, the only thing is I cant fit my old wheels as this van has 6 stud axle unlike my old swb, so im thinking about getting a spare set of 6 stud wheel powder coated white, but i think the hunt for a clean tailgate takes priority at the min :)

I know the feeling there. I have a stack of 7 wheels and tyres for 5 stud Transits. Most with ok-good tread on them. I still have my SWB but that has good tyres. I might try and get a better price when I sell the van by throwing in the spare wheels with it.
