oh yes thats bad :( does look better in the firs pic
i look at it this way - once you have welded the bad areas up with good fresh metal then it wont rust there again - better than one that looks ok but is about to rust bad :?

The front and back are looking a lot better. Why do people let bodywork get so bad? what year is the van? My Mk2 minibus arches are not that bad (well, not now...... ) but do have quite a bit of filler in em (see my thread in this gallery).

Don't screew it down, thats why most of them have rusty floors! Try No-Nails, excellent stuff!

This reminds me of a time when i brought a MG Maestro years ago. When i went to veiw/buy it, it was chucking it down with rain, It was a minter!!! gleaming black paint work, or so i thought! got up the next day to find it had scratches and dinks all over it!! and the paint was really dull and faded! morel of the story.......dont buy a car in the rain or if the owner has just washed it before you get there!!
