thought i would show you guys my mk1 as i found it

it now sits on my driveway have already replaced passenger step and let metal into the nearside wing and top of a posts on the nearside have cut all the rot out of offside and replaced it with new metal on wheel arch have to repair bulkhead wall as of yet along with a bit of chassis fabrication by the spring hangers both sides along with having to replace the offside timber framework in the offside rear qtr loads to do but im loving it

i am keeping a regular update photographicaly of the progress of my work and will of course post them as im doing the work , sorry about the old bit but then she is 32 years old and has been christened rachel by my wife due to plate reading rcl at the beginning oh and yes my wife loves being involved in the restoration
