seen a few vans that I fancy..

T300 LWB 75ps FWD 200k miles recon engine 2002

T280 MWB 75ps RWD 200k miles recon engine 2002

T280 100PS MWB 210k miles been totally rewelded resprayed

T280 100ps 2003 175k miles clean as a whistle..

all about the 1500 makr ( my budget) which doesn't seem to leave much on the market, i'm leaning towards the latter two as there is no service history to back up the new engines, just the salesmans POV.. I've seen the company selling the first 2, and they have negative feedback on ebay for selling a damanged repaired van..

The latter two I have bought from before and have good reputations...

The bottom 1 seems favorite from what i can see

if I had to go for one would be the last one...
I had an 03 plate t350 mwb 90 had to trade it in as needed too much welding underneath had only done 72k

100ps is regarded as best engine in Mk 6 fwd

the 175k one is 500 quid more, I misread the advert (VAT) and budget just wont stretch

the 200 miles 75ps has had a recon engine with recipts to back it

200kmiles 100ps has been properly re-welded front to back resprayed and looks like a brand new van.. its the cheapest one by far from someone I have bought from in the past..

so its come down to 75ps vs 100ps..

only need to get 6 moths use out of it to continue my man n van job part time..
