Okay I am picking my van up on Wednesday and have booked it into my local ford dealer for a health check. If any issues arise can I get the vendor to sort them out. Thnx in advance

Depends on the issues, whether the vendor is private or trade, and the terms of the sale.
If it's newer than 3 years, and under 100 k miles, then it's still under Ford warranty
