Need advice-best places to buy used, best years, experiences

So I'm trying to get a used ford transit and after doing a lot of reading I'm thinking a safe bet to avoid costly repairs in the next 2 years would be 2018 or newer with 85k miles or less. I've read issues with earlier years and that at 150k major repairs will probably be needed. Any thoughts on this would be great. My budget is 20k or less but would like to be around 16-17k which has been challenging even from private sellers on fb marketplace. This will be use for my electrical business. In in NE so also watching out for rust since I've read this can be a huge issue. I was going to go with a sprinter originally but the price for repairs and maintenance was too high for me right now. If anyone has any other good places to look or experiences getting a uses ford transit would be appreciated.
