2005 semi automatic

I'm from Adelaide Australia, and seriously thinking of buying my first Transit, a 2005 LWD Med roof height, what can you tell me about this push button automatic gear system? it's new to me, are there any problems that I should be aware of ?

Its basically an auto changing manual box, they do give trouble but the biggest problem is finding a dealer who understands them and knows how to repair them
