Arches, inner arches, wings ( front edge near indicator mostly!

), down to step, try to lift the plastic step cover as it will give a better idea! inner step ( from underneath! ), inner sill and outer sill to rear arches, inside rear arches around the spring mounting area, the small section at the rear of the arches and the rear crossmember!

It usually rusts inside so try and have a good shifty round underneath with a good torch and a pin hammer.
Engine wise, check the condition of the belts, oil, water, fluid levels etc. Service history is great but i always find most are servicded by their loving owners so not too essential in my books as it is too easy to get dodgy dave who works at fords to get you a new service book with stamps!!
