What will pull 1.8 Ton Trailer & good fuel MPG ??

Hi All...

I'm looking to buy a MWB Semi High Top Diesel, and could do with some advice.

I need to be able to tow a load of 1.8 Ton, but only occasionally. Most of the time will be spent running up & down the motorway mostly empty.

So I need something that will deliver a reasonable MPG & be able to cruse at 70 MPH, with ease.

There are so many different models to choose from, it's very confusing.

I've got about £ 3-5000... I'd like a lowish mileage, as I'll probably keep it for 5-6years

If possible, could you lot that are ‘In the know’... Please Offer some advice....

Was hoping someone could actually give me some idea of what model I should be looking for... Ie.... 90/350 MWB 2.4 td.... I'd appreaciate some input from people that are in the know....

Look here http://www.mvsvansales.co.uk/ they sell off a lot of the old RAC vans. Obviously used for towing
