this is where the chassis plate is on a mk3.its on the passenger step(left side of van)this is where you will find information like wheel base/what engine/gearbox/back axle and so on is fitted when the van was new.
this is where the vin number is stamped on the step on drivers side(the right side of van)its in the middle and at the bottom.where the red blob is(I am not showing my vin number just the location
