There are some truely shocking photos on here of air filters which have been pulled out of ex rac vans which are totally compacted with dust and dirt. So they're not all well looked after!

guy they qiute categorically do not respray every van please ask chris tommorrow. the later vans to which you refer to my knowledge are not on sale at mvs.

i dont think i have seen a mk6 without colour bumpers on the fleet ,i have seen them afterwards that dealers have painted them!
i go past there head office every night and there has been no black bumper old ones in there ,will look again tommorow!

That's down to the dealer who serviced it, when I got mine it had been out of the RAC for a while, I changed all filters as a matter of course and the air filter, although ready for a change, was not caked up like Duncmc's van. I think I would have let the RAC know that dealer was ripping them off.

I don't think mine had been re-sprayed as there are marks where the chevrons on the rear quarter had been cut.
