How much is an N reg 2.5L Diesel transit van worth SWB think 120 version

Van has 58K on clock, MOT till may tax till march, starts and runs ok, has a bit of smoike when starts up, bodywork is ok but of rust around arches etc but generally ok. Some service history. Towbar ex council

Am thinking of buying this have been asked for £525 havnt had a look underneath yet tho assuming allok underneath is this a fair price?

if its taxed and tested i would of thourt £400-£500 is a fair price!
