Rust on roofline

Hi guys,

I'm currently in the market looking to purchase a Mk6 '04 Transit bus. There is one I am currently looking at however there appears to be surface rust on the roofline near the welds i think. I've posted/linked a few pics to show you what I mean. What do you guys think of this, should I walk away and continue searching for something better?

relly depends on price dont think this is to serious though you could get rid of that with some t cut as most is staining . water must be getting in somewhere though

Could be a replacment panel that someone hasn't painted/sealed properly?

Thanks for your input guys. I think I'll pass this one and continue my search
I'm really not keen doing panel/paint work, mechanical and electrical is fine, but panel...argh.
