should be good for light duty :) 115HP but only the same torque as the 76PS diesel.

I would suggest you will be looking at about 20mpg depending on load and driving style etc

95 Hallmark
96 150 100PS LWB Hi-Top
96 Autosleeper Duetto
06 Mk7 (scrap)
09 140PS T330S 2.2

Gaffa tape is like the force, it has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together

It might well be more... im not a petrol person!

I typically got 35/36 mpg from my LWB semi high top 2.5D before I turbo'd it

Around town and loaded with a few tools will be in the lower 20's but a lot better on straight runs :!:
It all depends on how fast you really want to accelerate and go

hi all, i didnt get the petrol van in the end it sold before i could getto view it, however i managed to get a really well maintaned . x plate 2. o 260 swb diesel. with minmal rust only found 2 areas one in rear inside wheel arch and other in back floor, i still wantto switch the radio , and am bidding away on said auction sites!! it also has a snapped ariel on roof , but is this much of a prb to reroute another new on , i lifted the plastic cover on passenger pillar and could only see a blue cable , and not a typicall black ariel lead i guess it means removing headlining to undo it? im looking forward to racking a section for tooling and enjoying driving .... i just hope somebody comes along and tells me the engines are good for a few more miles as its on 134000.? im thoroughly enjoying the forum , just wish i could put something back advice wise as i just seem to ask for help at the moment .. many regards simon

hi thanks forn that , ive tried to put a pic on , but seems the avater cp user wont let me, dont know why. as for the van im trying to borrow the use of a mechanic friends ramps over xmas, as ive got 5 litres of waxoil im going to spray every where. just cos i have some in garage, the bonus i found with the van was the previous owner wasnt aware but i found a service manual hidden in van , with all stamps to date from a ford dealer in cumbria where it spent all apart fom the last 4 months of its life, cos he found it too small and sold it for a lwb higher van , so it appears to have been serviced on time , i appreciate regular oil changes, but my manual says 6.5 litres incl filter ! is that correct for the 2.0 litre diesel swb ? that means 2 oil cans with some spare? regards simon

Sounds like you have bought one of the first MK6s.

Any questions you have will be best posted in the MK6 boards
