Hi, I've been offered 2 x 2001 Transits 280s SWB with chillers. done 275k mile each.
How much should I pay?
Are they worth breaking?
Some panel damage - not sure chillers work either.

Sounds like you have answered the question your self,, 275000 miles... engines not worth anything,panel damage & chillers that may not work... unless there is service evidence of some new parts being fitted recently it doesn't sound like there is much left to save
