How to know what the letters mean !!!

Hi There

I'm looking at buying a newer transit. I know how to work out the older numbers, as their quite easy... but I can't understand the newer models...
ie..
90 T280
100 T280
135 T300
Etc...

Can someone please explain...

I'm looking for a long wheelbase, Semi High Top, with engine around 100 / 110 Brake Horse

I've seen a long wheel base locally , 54 plate, with the markings 100 T 280, it's done 120,000 miles 2 owners, a back door & side loader has dents, & mag wheels. He wants £2500, ... I've had a look underneath at the chasis & looks in good condition, very clean... But the sump cover is very wet with oil, looks like leak is coming from above... Any ideas....

First figure is the engine power in PS, and the second figure is the Gross Vehicle Weight in kg (just add a nought on the end)

So a 75/260 is a 75ps engined 2600kg GVW van

The oil leak is probably diesel from the injector pump

I've had a look at that link & tried to copy & paste it to my desktop to print out.... Now my Icon's are all heighlightend ... Any ideas.....???

Roughy how much would it cost to fix or replace the Injector Pump ?... Would there be any other symptoms ?? Like lose of power....

Highlight and copy the text, and then paste it in to your word processor, or even notepad will do
