Had a great start to my Christmas by being involved in a 5 car shunt in Dartford Tunnel the other week , my beloved Transit becoming a sandwich between a Mercedes ML and a Range Rover , guess who came off the worst ?
Basically the van's a write off , what I'm after is an idea of how it will be valued by the insurance engineers . I know what I paid for it but that isn't the same as what a replacement could reasonably be expected to cost . Here's the details , what do you reckon ?
51 reg Transit 100 280 , swb , fwd , 100ps . 99,000 miles , FSH , no rust at all but rough paint . Vehicle maintained to MOT standards at all times (Tyres etc) .
Any help greatly appreciated (Especially if it comes from a Glass's Guide or similar), Ratty
